Inge Fisher has 16 years experience in
the fields of Human Resources and Information Technology
obtained by working in many diverse organisations such as
The Beekman Group, Triton Express, Edcon, Sanlam, Old Mutual,
MWeb, Southern Asset Management and Southern Life. She has
gained extensive general human resources experience in the
various industries of leisure/hospitality, transport, retail,
IT and financial services and has an excellent reputation
for delivery.
She has gained valuable recruitment experience
in these industries and has recruited positions at all job
levels. In terms of systems experience she has worked on
integrated HR systems such as Oracle and SAP both from the
user perspective and technical perspective.
Her areas of speciality are performance
management, creating high performance teams, talent management,
change management, employee relations, building HR Strategy
and building leadership capability. Her biggest strength
is her business understanding of different industries.
She holds a B.SOC.SC (UCT), BA (HONS)
UNISA, Certificate Labour Law (UCT) and a Certificate Human
Resource Development (GIMT). She is a member of the Umhlanga
Toastmasters Club and writes articles for HR Future, South
Africa's top HR publication on topical HR issues and trends.
