• An advert is written and placed in the applicable media
  
• Handling of responses and short listing
  
• The top candidates are called and face to face and/or telephonic interviews are conducted using competency based targeted selection techniques
  
• These candidates are then referenced checked
  
• The CVs with an interview report and reference checks are then presented to you
  
• You then have the freedom to set up 2nd interviews directly with the candidates
  
• In addition, should you need further guidance, an interview questionnaire can be customised for you to use at 2nd interview level. This questionnaire consists of competency based questions, directly related to the position advertised. A score sheet will be provided with a guide on how to score your candidates
  
• A consultant can also be provided at no additional cost to interview jointly with you and guide your 2nd interview process
  
• Personality profiling and the various credit and criminal checks as well as educational verification can be arranged.
